Goodbye August, hello September!!! It’s like August was here and gone as quickly as the Derecho! There have been Volunteers pouring in after the last newsletter concerning the Volunteer Waiver policy. Your volunteerism is much appreciated. If you have yet to come out and sign the waiver, please do so. They are behind the bar and our bartenders can provide for sign-up.
Once you sign the waiver, before you decide to come out and work, please contact Ike to inform him what you will be doing. You can stop by the shed if he is here and discuss your intentions.
October 1 and 2 will be volunteer work days on the front 9. All volunteers welcome to help that day. Lunch will be provided. Front 9 closed both days.
Hole in One!
Congratulations to Kevin Kirsch who had a hole-in-one on #1 on Labor Day! The pot starts over and all of you that have Hole-in-one Insurance will see $5 a person added to your bill. If you do not have Hole-in-one Insurance, let Lynn or Shelley know and you will be added to the group.
